As part of the online conference, experts discussed the underlying causes and mechanism of delisting of public companies, considered IPO conditions in Russia and abroad as well as responded to numerous questions from the portal visitors. During the discussions, the Board Chairman of OAO "VTORRESURSY" Ivan Myasoedov shared his formula how to choose a stock exchange and a platform for placement with his colleagues, spoke about difficulties that the company may face when entering the public capital market basing on his personal experience, and also presented his vision of benefits of public company status.
